Food Stations Food stations are a fun way to get people moving around a cocktail reception. Food prep. Tables are set up in various locations complete with a chef to prepare the food. These stations are fun and interactive and extremely tasty. Food stations to choose from consist of the following:
Mexican Theme (minimum 40 people) $12 per person This station consists of Mexican Chicken Quesadillas, fresh guacamole, sour cream, salsa & chips Note: Our chef can serve Tequila shots from this station
Ocean Theme (minimum 40 people) $22 per person This station consists of Jumbo Tiger Prawns (approx. 3 oz each), large sea scallops & appetizer size shrimp cooked in white wine lemon garlic. Served with homemade cocktail horseradish sauce. Table is complete with our smoked salmon appetizer (capers, red onion, lemons).
Shrimp Station (minimum 40 people) $15 per person This station consists of plentiful amounts of appetizer size shrimp cooked in white wine lemon garlic with homemade cocktail horseradish sauce & lemon wedges.
Mussel Station (minimum 40 people) $14 per person Mussels cooked in tomato white wine, cocktail bread for sauce dipping Asian Theme (minimum 40 people) $15 per person Prepared California Maki (avacado, crab, cucumber & Japanese mayo), smoked salmon maki rolls, shrimp rolls & vegetarian rolls. This table is complete with an assortment of dim sum, edamane beans & sea salt, wasabi, soy sauce, pickled ginger, hot sauce & fortune cookies Note: Chef can serve warm or cold saki from this station

The professional use of the projection & sound equipment at the Park Theatre requires a certified staff member to operate the equipment. No other outside people are permitted in the sound room at any time.
Cost of Theatre Technician $150.00 per event. Some restrictions apply.
Theatre Rental Deposit We require a 50% deposit for the cost of the theatre rental upon booking confirmation. This is a non-refundable deposit if cancellation is less than 20 days in advance Theatre rental fee must be paid in full 2 days prior to reservation date
Catering Deposit All catering requests and the number of guests must be confirmed 5 days prior to event We require a 50% deposit for all catering orders 1 week prior to event; this is non-refundable if event is cancelled less than 5 days prior to event. We are looking forward to serving you and your guests at the Park Theatre & Movie Café A formal contract & quote (needing your signature) for your event will follow your booking confirmation
